Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by the Countly team and explains how the site handles information.
The text you enter
All counting, converting and cleaning happens locally in your browser. The text you type or paste into any Countly tool is not transmitted to our servers, is not stored, and is discarded as soon as you close or reload the page.
Information we collect
We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information to use the tools. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, and use them only to reply.
Cookies and advertising
Countly is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can opt out of third-party vendor cookie use at aboutads.info. Where required by law, we ask for consent before personalised advertising cookies are set.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate page usage, such as which tools are most visited. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
Children's privacy
Countly is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser settings and continue to use every tool on the site — the tools do not depend on cookies. To ask a question about this policy or request deletion of a message you sent us, email hello@countly.tools.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
