Your content
You keep all rights to the text you enter. Because processing happens in your browser, we never take possession of it and claim no licence to it.
Accuracy and availability
The tools are provided "as is". We work to keep counts accurate and the site online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will meet the requirements of a specific institution, platform or client. Verify critical word limits against the requirements you were given.

The site displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of any external site they link to.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Countly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
